Paul Kevin Jonas II was born on November 5, 1987 in Teaneck, New Jersey. He is the oldest of four brothers and is of Italian, Irish, German and Cherokee Indian heritage.
In 2005, Kevin and his brothers Joseph and Nick formed the Jonas Brothers band. To date, the group has released three Billboard chart-topping albums entitled Its About Time, Jonas Brothers and Jonas Brothers: Bonus Jonas Edition. Among their hit singles were “Mandy,” “Year 3000,” “Poor Unfortunate Souls,” “Kids of the Future” and “Hold On.” They also won Best Group at the 2008 Nickelodeon’s Kid Choice Awards.
In 2007, the group launched the Jonas Brothers Prom Tour which started in Lodi, New Jersey and ended in Columbia, South Carolina. They also opened for Miley Cyrus on her Best of Both Worlds Tour, which started in St. Louis, Missouri and ended in Albany, New York.
Just like his brothers, Kevin also ventured into acting. He appeared Hannah Montana and starred on his own series Jonas L.A. and Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream. On the big screen, he is credited for Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience, Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert, and the Camp Rock Disney movie franchise.
-At age 22, Kevin married Danielle Deleasa, a former hairdresser, whom he met while on vacation in the Bahamas in 2007.
