Biography

Born on October 27, 1984 in London, England, Kelly Michelle Lee Osbourne is a well-known personality in the entertainment industry. Other than singing and acting, she is also a radio presenter, fashion designer and model. Despite all the work she’s done on her own, she is more famous for being the daughter of the legendary Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. She has two siblings: Aimee and Jack, two half-siblings: Jessica Hobbs and Louis John Osbourne, and an adopted brother: Robert Marcato.

Kelly Osbourne was thrust to the limelight with her family when they starred in the MTV reality show The Osbournes. The series followed the dysfunctional family’s day-to-day activities, and immediately became a hit. She later signed on for Osbournes: Reloaded, another program focusing on the family.

Acting on her own, Kelly Osbourne debuted on television in 2004, when she snagged the supporting role of Deborah Beatrice Tynan on the ABC teen drama Life as We Know It. Soon, she continued getting more parts, particularly on films like The Queen’s Handbag and voicing a character on the animated Live Freaky Die Freaky. As for her music, Kelly released her debut album, Shut Up!, in 2002. Though the album garnered negative critical reviews, she pursued the career and came up with Changes in 2003. Two years later, she came up with a third album, Sleeping in the Nothing. Aside from that, Kelly has also been famous for hosting various events.

In 2004, she launched her own fashion line called Stiletto Killers, with her friend Ali Barone. It closed in 2006, when Kelly became the face of the high street chain Accessorize in an international campaign. Kelly is also notorious for her numerous bouts with the authorities. She had a feud with pop singer Christina Aguilera, underwent rehab for her painkillers addiction, and was arrested for assaulting a journalist at a club. In 2009, she was cast as one of the celebrities competing on the ninth season of Dancing with the Stars.
