Actress Kat Foster is best known for playing Steph Woodcock on 'Til Death and for providing the voice of Carolyn on Family Guy. A native of Oakland, CA, she moved to New York City after high school to study acting at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. She later performed in many off-Broadway and regional productions, including The Democracy Project with Naked Angels and Final Countdown at the New York International Fringe Festival. Her TV appearances include roles on The Book of Daniel, Law & Order and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

In 2013, Foster became part of the TV series The Goodwin Games.
