A former member of a rock band for years, Josh Lyons is now a sushi chef and restaurant consultant in Jupiter, Florida. He jump-started his career as chef when he decided to go to culinary school to further hone his other passion aside from music - food. Lyons later worked as a busser, then became a bartender, line cook, until he became a full-fledged chef.
Lyons was eliminated from Food Network Star last May 27, 2012.
