Biography

American actor Johnny Lewis was born on October 29, 1983 in Los Angeles, California, where he was also raised. While there, he attended a small performing arts school founded by his mother, Divona, in 1993. When he was 16 year old, he began acting on film and television, earning numerous roles to his credit.

In 2000, Johnny Lewis appeared on the TV movie The Sausage Factory, following it up with guest roles on series like 7th Heaven and Malcolm in the Middle. He later reprised his role as Gilby on the series The Sausage Factory, working alongside Adam Brody, Kyle Ellefson, and Kenny Fisher. He was also seen on MTV’s Undressed, as well as on episodes of Yes, Dear and The Guardian. He next landed a recurring role on Boston Public, and played the character Scottie, a member of the band, on four episodes of the sitcom Drake & Josh. From 2003 to 2004, he took on the part of Lenny in the series American Dreams. When his stint on the show ended, he acted opposite Hilary Duff on the movie Raise Your Voice. This became Lewis’ debut feature film, before he became known for his performance on the FOX sitcom Quintuplets. In 2005, he was cast in the romantic comedy Pretty Persuasion, as well as on the action film Underclassman starring Nick Cannon. Lewis was next seen on an episode of Smallville, as well as appearing numerous times on the hit drama The O.C. His next roles were in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Bones, Shark and Cold Case. In between, he worked on the sets of Palo Alto and gained more fame for his role in AVPR: Aliens vs. Predator – Requiem. In 2008, he landed a part on the horror film One Missed Call. He later joined the cast of the FX series Sons of Anarchy, portraying the character Kid 'Half Sack' Epps. That year, Lewis was chosen to play Snowman in Rick Roman Waugh’s dramatic crime film, Felon.
