Jez Luckett appears as a contestant in the fourth season of the NBC reality television series The Biggest Loser. He is 24 years old and hails from Garden, Kansas. He has a cheerful demeanor, which goes well with his occupation as a Children’s Case Manager. He helps mentally disturbed and handicapped young children cope with their various issues and ailments, such as depression and ADHD. He also plans to open his own daycare center one day, focusing on giving assistance to poorer patients and helping them become well-adjusted, happy individuals capable of caring for themselves. His personal mission during the competition is to break the long-running genetic cycle of hereditary obesity that has plagued his family, by doing his best to trim down and lose the pounds.
Jez, who is 5'8", went from weighing 345 pounds to 289 pounds, before he was eliminated on week 7. On the live finale, Jez weighed in at 195 pounds, having lost a total of 150 pounds and 43.48% of his total body weight.
