English actor Jerome Flynn became famous for his role as Corporal Paddy Garvey of the King's Fusiliers in the ITV series Soldier Soldier. He also gained more exposure by playing Bronn on the HBO series Game of Thrones.

Coming from a family of actors (his father Eric Flynn is an actor and singer while his brother Daniel Flynn is also an actor), Flynn made his on-screen debut in American Playhouse in 1985. Gradually, he landed more guest roles before getting cast as Freddie on the 1988 series The Fear. In 1992, he played D.S. Eddie Hargreaves on six episodes of Between the Lines before moving on to play Cpl Paddy Garvey on Soldier Soldier, which is his biggest role so far.
