Jeff Hephner was an active athlete throughout his high school and college years, playing basketball and football. He then turned his attention to acting, making his film debut in 2000's Tigerland, and later appearing alongside Jennifer Lopez in the romantic comedy Maid in Manhattan.
In 2004 Hephner joined the cast of the short-lived Fox series The Jury; three years later he was part of another short-lived series, CBS' Easy Money. He also held recurring roles in The OC and Mercy. Currently he is part of the CW series Hellcats, recurring as football coach Red Raymond.
