Jayanna is a native of Los Angeles and was born on June 15, 1968. She is an enterprising individual with several business ventures to her credit. She started a silk screening company when she was only 21 before going on to manage a staffing company as well as a production company. She later found work as a mortgage loan officer in Newport, California. She was briefly married in her 20s and has since learned not to settle for just any guy.
Jayanna became known as thirteen hopefuls who wanted to win the affection of tennis star, Mark Philippoussis, on the reality dating show, Age of Love. She was unfortunately eliminated on the sixth episode, but she found someone new soonafter. She also stayed in touch with some of her co-stars on the show.
