German-born Jamie Lee Kirchner is an actress best known her numerous guest spots on such shows as Dollhouse, CSI, and Rescue Me. The daughter of a military pilot and teacher, she grew up in Clarksville, Tennessee, where she started acting at the Roxy Regional Theater. On her first theatrical production Camelot, she worked with her father. She was 8. She wont on to appear in over 40 shows at The Roxy. She got her big break after the musical rent went to Nashville for open and auditions and she became one of the few who got callbacks for New York. Four years hence, she landed the role of Mimi on the US and Japan tour of the musical. She put on hold an opportunity to appear in a Broadway production for her first television role on Rescue Me. Kirchner graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, and has appeared in several commercial campaigns. She also appeared on the romantic comedy Definitely Maybe, on top of a Broadway production of Rent. In 2009, she was cast as Sonia Jimenez on the NBC drama Mercy.
