Heather Terhune is a contestant on the ninth season of Top Chef. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, she is the executive chef of Sable Kitchen and Bar in Chicago. She previously worked with several restaurants in Washington, DC, including a stint at the venerable Willard Hotel.
