Actress Heather Goldenhersh was born on March 26, 1973 in Chicago, Illinois. Raised in St. Louis, she trained in drama at the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City. She made her film debut in 1996, appearing in a bit role in I’m Not Rapaport, and went on to appear in many other films, including Swallowed, The Believer, Unconditional Love, Kinsey, and most recently, Letterheads. She also had an extensive list of television appearances; aside from guest roles, she most notably held a role in the short-lived sitcom The Class, as heartbroken romantic Lina Warbler.
However, most of Goldenhersh’s acclaim was for her performances on stage. She focused on her Broadway career in 2005, when she made her debut there in a production of the play Doubt. She later earned a Tony Award nomination for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Play, and took home a Theater World Award for the same role.
