Gregg Carey Biography:
Gregg Carey was born on January 9, 1977 in Ashland, Massachusetts, where he was a student at Ashland High School. While he was completing his studies, he actively worked for the student government and was a part of the National Honor Society. He was also the football and baseball team’s captain, and his performance on the field garnered him the title of team MVP and county All-Star honors. After he graduated in 1995, he went on to study at the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in chemical engineering, was a football player and a member of the Friars Senior City. Upon obtaining his degree, he relocated to Boston, where he became a project manager. In 2002, the company sent Carey to their branch in Chicago, Illinois.
In 2005, Carey competed in the 10th installment of the Survivor series, Survivor: Palau. On Day 2 of the competition, he was selected to join Koror, which eventually became the dominant tribe in the game. He went far in the game and was voted off on Day 33, after the major alliance of Tom
put Carey’s name on the ballot.
