Gia Allemand is one of the 25 contestants who competed for the heart of Jake Pavelka on The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love. She’s a swimsuit model from New York who owns a hair salon.
On The Bachelor, she was one of the girls who participated in the photo shoot for InStyle Magazine. She got her chance on a one-on-one date with Jake in episode 4 where they played Hide 'n Seek and Spin the Bottle.
Jake's attraction towards Gia grew by episode 5 when she went on a two-on-one date with Jake and Vienna. Though she initially felt like the third wheel, Jake assured her that he was falling for her.
Jake and Gia grew closer during the hometown date, as well as the Fantasy Suite date, but her failure to express her feelings to him became a detrimental factor in Jake's decision during episode 7's Rose Ceremony. Gia was then eliminated, consequently landing third place in the competition.
Gia made her reality TV comeback when she joined the cast of the first season of Bachelor Pad, where she competed against other contestants from the franchise. She was, however, eliminated in the third episode.
In 2011, Gia was cast again on the second season of Bachelor Pad.
