Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Eve Aronoff is the chef-owner of Eve. This product of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris says his favorite summer recipe is salad of ripe tomatoes, avocado, red onion and fresh lime with mozzarella di bufala and some good bread. She has written her own cookbook called Eve: Contemporary Cuisine Methode Tradionalle and has showcased her multi-course dinner before The James Beard Foundation.
