Eugene Byrd

Eugene Byrd started acting early in his life, making his on-screen debut in the film My Little Girl at age 11. His early credits include appearances in The Cosby Show, and films such as Dead Man and Sleepers. In 1993 he joined the cast of the British children series Chris Cross. In 1998, he became a regular on the CBS series Promised Land, a spin-off of the popular Touched By An Angel.

Byrd later held recurring roles in the comedy series For Your Love, and in the crime series Crossing Jordan. He also appeared in the films Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blue Orchid, 8 Mile and Confess, which earned him the Breakout Award at the 2006 Method Fest.

After more recurring roles in Heroes and Night Stalker, he joined the cast of the Fox series Bones, taking on the recurring role of Clark Edison, one of Dr. Brennan's assistants.
