Erik Cardona is one of the twenty castaways of Survivor: Samoa. The 28-year-old was born in Ontario, California and currently works as a bartender. Despite holding a psychology and sociology degree from Pepperdine University, he admits to liking to live a carefree life, as opposed to what he calls “sell-outs”. He’s proud of being able to date up to five women at a time without issues, and will not hesitate going after a taken (but not married) woman for the thrill of it.

He greatly admires his father, noting his mental and physical strength, and his resilience. He believes that the lessons he learned during childhood will help him through the show, and his motivation and competitiveness are his prized tactics.
