Dr. Alison “Doc Ali” Arnold is a therapist who describes herself as a life coach and a fear liberator. She has worked with a wide variety of clients, among them members of the U.S. Olympic Gymnastics Team and U.S. figure skaters. She says that she’s studied psychology for 20 years, along with spirituality and Eastern philosophy. She also claims to have visited various places abroad for her learning, such as Thailand, Nepal, and even the Amazon jungle. She states that her specialization is in helping organizations and people let go of their limiting beliefs, and gain greater self-confidence by “screaming” out how they love their life and their work.
Doc Ali appears as a member of the cast in the VH1 celebrity reality television series Scott Baio is 45… and Single. She helps titular star Scott Baio on his journey to discover why, even after a successful career as an actor, he’s still suffering from a mid-life crisis and unable to commit to a meaningful relationship. Baio will be one of her latest clients in a resumé that includes corporations, universities and colleges, and other performers. Her approach is no-nonsense and heads-on, and doesn’t tolerate any excuses for clients allowing their confidence to slip. She has also written her own life guide book titled Scream and Run Naked.
