Biography

David is a 54-year-old physician from New York City. From a very tight-knit Jewish family, David was born on September 5, 1953 and grew up in Camden, New Jersey. He attended Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Penn., and obtained his medical degree from Temple University. He then attended Baruch College where he earned his Masters in Business Administration. Aside from medicine, David also has a passion in creative writing. He is the co-founder and currently the president of TheDoctorsChannel.com, a website which serves as an educational tool for doctors.

David owns a Parson Russell Terrier named Elvis which he describes as perky, intelligent, happy, energetic and social.

Team David and Elvis is one of the finalists in Greatest American Dog, a reality show on CBS searching for the most talented dog in the country. The winner of the series will take home $250,000.
