Actor Damon Gupton made his TV debut as a guest star on Law and Order in 1999. A year later, he played Sam Claiborne in the television movie The Loretta Claiborne Story before landing a 13-episode spot on Deadline as Charles Foster. In between TV guest roles, he worked in films like Unfaithful, Drift, Before the Devil Knows You're Dead, Strange Brew and The Last Airbender. At present, he is one of the cast members on the NBC series Prime Suspect, where he plays Evrard Valerio.
Aside from being an actor, he is also an orchestra conductor who has led the Cleveland Orchestra, The Detroit Symphony,The National Symphony, and The Houston Symphony, just to name a few.
