It’s an early beginning for child actor Conner Rayburn. Born on April 7, 1999, in Dickson, Tennessee, his career began in Las Vegas. After taking up acting classes, he initially appeared in television commercials as a kid, appearing in spots for NetZero Internet Services, Angus Beef and Blue Shield. He’s been through many roles, but this would only serve as preparation for his future television work.
When his family finally moved to Los Angeles, Rayburn was cast in the comedy According to Jim. Entering from the show’s fourth season, he plays the role of Kyle, the youngest child of Jim (Jim Belushi) and Cheryl (Courtney Thorne-Smith), and the brother of Ruby (Taylor Atelian) and Gracie (Billi Bruno). Initially cast as a recurring character, his talent in acting eventually led to him being a series regular.
Rayburn has since ventured into films. Aside from his television work—According to Jim and guest roles in Monk and Cold Case—he has had roles in the films Big Momma’s House 2 and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story.
