Fashion designer Christopher Straub was born on January 5, 1979 and hails from Shakopee, Minnesota. He became known for being one of the contestants of Project Runway 6. He was educated at Edina High School, but is a self-taught designer. On the show, he won the first challenge. However, he was eliminated on episode 12. Since leaving the show, he has released a line of accessories and clothing. He also had his first runway show in 2010. Some of his designs have appeared in the issue of Lavender Magazine as well.
