Born on August 14, 1974 in Fresno, California, Christopher Gorham has appeared in a number of science fiction TV series, ranging from a starring role in Odyssey 5 to a lead role in Jake 2.0.
Gorham attended the Roosevelt School of the Arts and graduated with a BA in Film and Theater Arts from the UCLA, before going on to appear in a number of television series. He’s worked on Party of Five, Buffy the Vampire Slayer
, Felicity, Boomtown, CSI
, Third Watch, and Ugly Betty
. He’s also had roles in the videogames Star Trek: Hidden Evil and Medal of Honor: Rising Sun. Outside of acting, he’s a licensed auctioneer, and has participated in fencing, rollerblading, and ballroom dancing.
In 1999, Gorham played Harrison John in the WB series Popular where he met his future wife, co-star Anel Lopez-Gorham with hom he has three young children.
Three years after Jake 2.0 ended, Gorham again worked with series creator Silvio Horta for a recurring role in Ugly Betty. He played Henry Grubstick, the main love interest of lead chatacter Betty Suarez, played by America Ferrera. Gorham joined the cast full-time for the series' sophomore season but left in July 2008.
In 2009, Christopher Gorham was cast as Henry Dunn on Harper’s Island, a CBS series about a group of family and friends who travel for a destination wedding to an island famous for a streak of unsolved murders
