Christa DeAngelo is a 29 year old ex-military woman who was born in Tamaqua, PA on July 18, 1977. She grew up playing sports and while in high school, she was placed in the school's All Time High Scorer's List. Later on, DeAngelo moved to New York to enroll at St. Francis College and then Alvernia College in Reading, PA. After college, she joined the army on a whim and worked as an administrative assistant. DeAngelo was then selected to play on the All-Army Basketball Team and traveled around the United States playing college, professional and other armed forces teams. She gave birth to a daughter when she was in Hawaii and shortly thereafter completed her military service. She then received her Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Park University and continued to do graduate work at Seton Hall. She also hopes to complete a Ph. D. in Cultural Anthropology. In 2005, she won the title of Miss Hawaiian Tropic. DeAngelo enjoys working out, basketball and hiking. She sees herself as a woman who is engaging, hilarious and self-centered.
Christa DeAngelo is one of the sixteen selected modern day pirates to compete for a million dollars on the reality series Pirate Master. She is the spontaneous woman who is determined to succeed as the ultimate Pirate Master.
