Caryn Groedel Biography:
Born on August 13, 1958 in New York, Caryn Groedel acquired her degree in political science from George Washington University in Washington. D.C. After her graduation, she spent her nights studying at George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia while she worked as a legal secretary during the day. Prior to setting up her own practice as a civil rights attorney, Groedel tried her hand in insurance defense and real estate law and was the Executive Director for the non-profit organization, The Women’s Law Fund. Groedel and her husband, Howard, have two daughters, Hannah and Isabel.
As a contestant on Survivor: Palau, Groedel was able to make it all the way to the Final Five. She was voted off during the 14th tribal council when she openly talked about the private conversations between herself and her fellow tribe members.
