Born on June 28, 1978 in California, Camille Guaty is an actress who appeared in numerous television shows. She studied at Boston University and earned a degree in Communications, and made her way to Hollywood portraying a cheerleader in the Disney Channel’s Gotta Kick It Up. She is known for auditioning for the reality show Popstars, which aired on the WB Network in 2000. This allowed her to be part of the L.A. Workshop, which included the best 26 contestants of the show. She became one of ten semi-finalists.
From 2001 to 2002, Camille Guaty joined the cast of the series Raising Dad, playing the character Olivia alongside Ben Indra, Beau Wirick and Riley Smith. After having a taste of fame in Hollywood, Guaty decided to head for London. She studied at the prestigious Royal Academy for Dramatic Arts, learning fencing, stage combat, and many great works of the late William Shakespeare. Upon her return, she found herself starring in many guest roles in series like What I Like About You with Amanda Bynes and Jennie Garth, ER, and The Brothers Garcia. She soon landed her first leading role in the short-lived series The Help, which also starred Mindy Cohn, Tori Spelling, Megan Fox and Antonio Sabato Jr. She followed this up with the film 30 Days Until I’m Famous, while accepting guest spots in Everwood, Joey, American Family and Crossing Jordan. In 2005, she was given the role of Maricruz Delgado, girlfriend of inmate Fernando Sucre on Prison Break. She also played the character Franny Rios on the ABC series The Nine. Guaty also made herself known for playing the feisty concierge Piper Nielsen on the NBC series Las Vegas. Guaty continued to be cast in other shows, working on Without a Trace, Family Guy and an episode of Dirt in 2008.
