Brooke Elliott is an actress who has had extensive voice training that spanned nearly 20 years. She majored in musical theater performance at Western Michael University and later became a member of the Chicago-based theater company called Babes with Blades.
Elliott soon entered the world of Broadway. She was in The Pirate Queen, and played Big Sue in the Boy George musical Taboo. This was followed by a national tour of productions like Wicked and Beauty and the Beast. On the big screen, she appeared in the Mel Gibson comedy What Women Want and independently produced Liar’s Club, in addition to a guest spot on Law and Order: Trial by Jury. In 2009, Elliott bagged the lead as Jane Bingum on the Lifetime comedy Drop Dead Diva.
