Biography

Brian d'Arcy James is an actor and a musician who graduated from Northwestern University's School of Communication. He first appeared in the 1997 film Sax and Violins and then later landed roles on The Education of Max Bickford, Rescue Me, Ghost Town, and Game Change.

James made a name for himself on Broadway thanks to roles in Titanic, Lincoln Center's Carousel, and Blood Brothers. At present, he stars on the NBC series Smash as Frank.
