Bradley Gallo appears as one of the contestants on the TV Guide network’s new reality television show, America’s Next Producer. Born on June 24, 1977, he’s a native of Syosset, Long Island who studied at Penn State University, before settling down and living in Astoria, New York. Bradley says that his favorite genres to work with are comedy and drama, and he loves being a part of the entire production process from beginning to end. He does get frustrated, however, by (in his own words) ‘people who can talk but can’t walk.’ He advises industry newcomers and aspiring producers to start out as production assistants in any area, and then steadily work their way up.
He considers a laptop as a must-have production tool, and is proud of his own project Magic Rock, now available on DVD. Bradley also liked the film The Last King of Scotland, as well as the Emmy Award-winning series Scrubs
. His favorite director is Rob Reiner, while his favorite actors are Jack Nicholson, Mark Ruffalo, Giovanni Ribisi, and Kate Winslet. Bradley wants to work with producer Jerry Bruckheimer the most, and says that Bruckheimer keeps reinventing the craft throughout film, television and reality shows, while staying branded.
