Ayiiia Elizararras is one of the cast members of The Real World: Cancun. The 21-year-old from Chula Vista, CA, got into the show after winning an online casting call. Despite being of Mexican descent, the show is her first extended trip to the country. Once notorious for her history of drug use, she has since reformed and considers herself to be loyal and nonjudgmental. However, she can be vicious, especially with what she thinks, and she holds grudges to whoever gets on her bad side.
