Originally from Pleasant Hill, California, Ash Fulk is a sous chef from Trestle on Tenth and currently resides in New York City. The self-taught 29-year-old says he enjoys working with food that are regional and seasonal and follows the motto, “if it grows together, it goes together.” He also enjoys whipping up custards and cooking with leeks. Some of his favorite chefs include Dan Barber and Claudia Fleming.
