Born on December 5, Arielle Renwart is an actress who attended SUNY Stonybrook. She is best known for joining the cast of the CBS soap opera, Guiding Light, in April 2006. She landed the part of Leah Bauer in the series, wherein she has to endure a lot of family turmoil after coming home to Springfield from a private boarding school She later helps her parents to reconcile. Renwart’s recurring role as Leah Bauer enabled her to work alongside series regulars like Daniel Cosgrove, Scott Bailey, Stephen Brackley, Justin Deas, Cyrus Farmer, Aaron Mullins, Kim Brockinton, Marj Dusay and Elizabeth Keifer. Before working on the soap opera, Renwart appeared in Langston Hughes’ America, which was performed with the Children’s Theatre Workshop.
Arielle Renwart was known to have broken a microphone during her grade school talent competition. This was because she hit a high note in the song “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” She later admitted that this was the most embarrassing moment of her life, but she moved on. She later pursued a career in modeling, working under the famous Wilhelmina Modeling Agency.
In January 2007, she joined the cast of Guiding Light in their charity efforts. They traveled to Biloxi, Mississippi in order to help in rebuilding the homes of Hurricane Katrina victims. Her co-stars on the soap include Murray Bartlett, Mandy Bruno, Beth Chamberlin, Frank DiCopoulos, Beth Ehlers, Stephanie Gatschet, Robert Newman, Michael O’Leary, and Ron Raines. That year, Renwart made an appearance on the Annual Rock Show for Charity, sponsored by The American Red Cross Foundation. Other than working on Guiding Light, Arielle Renwart has expressed interest in several more endeavors. She is known for her fondness for running, as well as for her passion in perfecting her skills in archery. She also enjoys watching movies, and is a big fan of actor Sean Connery and actress Halle Berry.
