Originally from Camden, New Jersey, Aaron McCargo, Jr. started cooking at age 13 for a local hospital. He has surely gone a long way, now the Executive Catering Chef at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. This father of three is easygoing and warm in the kitchen and is a big fan of butter on almost everything he cooks. His big smile usually warms the people he works with. His favorite food is buffalo wings and he hates venison on all his masterpieces.
