The title of every episode of Grey‘s Anatomy is the name of a song. With "Something‘s Gotta Give," I don‘t know if writer Bill Harper was channeling Johnny Mercer, Leann Rimes or Aerosmith, but the conclusion is still the same. Our characters are under tremendous strain both at work and at home, and they are reaching their breaking points. I‘m reminded of another appropriate lyric, from Billy Joel, "But here you are in the ninth, two men out and three men on, nowhere to look but inside, where we all respond to pressure." It‘s crunch time. Who will step up and who will strike out?
