Synopsis
The interns at Seattle Grace prepare for their upcoming exam. The candidates to take in the chief’s position compete when the chairman of the hospital board is admitted as a patient. Meanwhile, Burke wants to involve Cristina in planning the wedding but is not as easy as it looks. Derek has doubts on his relationship with Meredith.
