Synopsis
When Cristina and Preston encounter a boy who needs a heart transplant but does not want to undergo the procedure, they discover their philosophical differences. The interns help Alex as he re-takes his exam. Meanwhile, Derek does not feel the spirit of Christmas despite making up with Addie.
