Country music fans have at least two things to look forward to this coming August. Aside the second season of Gone Country, which takes seven new celebrities from every realm of the entertainment industries and immerse them in all things country for a chance to break out as a country star, viewers can also expect the return of some of the show's first season contestants as they star in yet another country-themed reality series.
Maureen McCormick, first season contestant of Gone Country who is best known as Marcia Brady from the hit television show The Brady Bunch, will attempt to run a southern bed and breakfast with the help of her Gone Country housemates Bobby Brown, R&B star of the late 1980s, and Carnie Wilson, member of the pop band Wilson Phillips, on CMT's Outsider's Inn.

Gone Country, CMT's hit series featuring celebrities taking their shot at becoming the next big country music star, will be back for a second season. Also returning is John Rich as host of the reality competition.
Production is now currently underway in Nashville, the heart of all that is country music. Gone Country 2 promises to deliver more entertaining moments as a new set of celebrities out to show John Rich and the rest of America that they've really Gone Country.

Tonight's the night we find out who among John Rich's stable of seven artists can finally be said to have Gone Country. In the season finale of the CMT reality television show, the cast goes into the Wildhorse Saloon that will serve as platform for them to show Rich whether they have, in fact, Gone Country.
Gone Country concludes tonight when Bobby Brown, Carnie Wilson, Dee Snider, Diana DeGarmo, Maureen McCormick, Sisqo and Julio Iglesias Jr. battle it out in the finals, which airs tonight at 8 on CMT.

Big & Rich star John Rich is taking on his biggest challenge yet on CMT's new reality series, Gone Country. The show follows the country music star as he guides seven established performers from both the entertainment and music industries in their journey to becoming the next big country superstar. As part of the competition, Rich introduces and immerses the celebrities in the country life, and whoever proves to be most successful at crossing over by the end of the series is deemed the winner. The prize? A country single produced by Rich himself.
