Geoffrey Manton “Geoff” Stults was born on December 15, 1977 in Detroit, Michigan. He grew up in Colorado and eventually relocated to Los Angeles, where he attended Whittier College as a football scholar. While he was studying, he took some time to act in several college plays. After graduation, he became a wide receiver for the Danube Dragons (formerly known as the Klosterneuberg Mercenaries). Although his acting career began when he was only seven years old, people remember him most for his portrayal of “Ben Kinkirk” on the WB family-centered drama series 7th Heaven . While there, he portrayed the brother of his real-life brother, George Stults.
Geoff Stults has been seen on several TV series, but began his appearances with a role in a 2000 episode of Everybody Loves Raymond. He was later seen on shows like L.A. 7, Spin City, and MTV’s Undressed. In 2001, he was given roles in dramedy Thank You, Good Night, as well as in the family film No Place Like Home. Stults was next seen as a guest star on Grounded for Life and on The Chronicle. In 2003, he was briefly cast on Dragnet, before he got a role in the direct-to-video sequel, Bring It on Again. He was also seen on an episode of Joey and Las Vegas, and got a recurring role on Reunion. Stults was also seen as Craig Garthe on the film Wedding Crashers, starring Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn. In 2006, he worked with Vaughn again, and with Jennifer Aniston, in the romantic comedy feature The Break-Up. After his starring role in 7th Heaven, Geoff Stults was cast in the short films Carjacking and Day 73 with Sarah. He later joined the cast of the ABC series October Road, portraying the character Eddie Latekka. Stults has also signed on to work on the film adaptation of I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell, the sport drama The Express and the romantic comedy She’s Out of My League.
