After delivering record-breaking ratings success for Bravo, the network announced the renewal of four documentary series, including Flipping Out, The Rachel Zoe Project, Million Dollar Listing and Tabatha's Salon Takeover. These programs have delivered one or more telecasts that hit or exceeded the million total viewers mark this year, which is enough reason for the network to add these shows to its upcoming slate.

"Bringing these compelling personalities back was a no-brainer," said Frances Berwick, Bravo executive vice president and general manager, said in a statement.  "Our audience has grown an affection for each of these larger-than-life, talented characters and wants to see more of their lives and careers.

Aspiring house-flippers have only one show to look forward to, and that’s Bravo’s Flipping Out, which puts the spotlight on Jeff Lewis, a self-professed real-estate enthusiast who enjoys purchasing homes and making them over for another sale.  In fact, he adds a personal touch to every estate he has worked on by emulating a person’s lifestyle through the interiors and exteriors of the homes.

“I'm obsessive about the way I live and work, so when it comes to renovating, I believe in finding the true integrity of a house, then breathing life back into it in a way that connects with a certain type of buyer,” Jeff Lewis says about his brand of work.

In the first season of Flipping Out, we were introduced to Los Angeles-area house-flipper Jeff Lewis and his staff. We followed them as they worked on multi-million dollar home deals, handled the stress of cat acupuncture and attempted to master the precise mixture of soft drinks needed to keep Jeff properly and happily hydrated.

Tonight, Jeff and his crew are returning for the second season, and Jeff and his assistant Jenni Pulos took part in a conference call this morning to talk about the show and what we can expect from the second season.

Flipping Out is the Bravo network's latest reality series that follows real estate speculator Jeff Lewis as he buys several million-dollar properties, rebuilds and makes them over, then puts them back on the market, selling them for a few more million.  An obsessive-compulsive businessman, he is able to pull off flipping numerous multi-million dollar houses simultaneously, managing to earn a six-figure profit on every property.

He carries out his stressful job with the aid of a diverse group of people, including his executive assistant Jenni, his business partner and ex-boyfriend Ryan, his "trash man" and Jenni's husband, Chris, his house assistant Steve, his housekeeper Zoila and his numerous spiritual advisors and therapists.  Together, they not only serve as Lewis' business team, but also his somewhat dysfunctional extended family.
