Even though it's Holly Montag who's known to have a drinking problem on The Hills, Stephanie Pratt is sharing the same problem in real life. People.com reports that last Friday, the 23-year-old reality celebrity pleaded not guilty to a DUI allegation. During her stay in the Los Angeles court, she was told to enroll in a 30-day residential rehab facility as a consequence.

We reported last month that Stephanie Pratt was arrested for driving home inebriated after attending co-star Holly Montag's birthday party. She deeply regretted being detained, but found that it was a lesson she needed to learn.

This morning the People's Choice Award nominations were revealed, and as always, it's populism at its best. On the TV side, the nominees often look like the top of the Nielsen ratings list, with a few notable and surprising exceptions. Shows like True Blood and Gossip Girl crept into the Favorite TV Actress categories while Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Show features Lost, True Blood, The Vampire Diaries and Supernatural.

However, those are the very cool exceptions. For the most part, the list is full of CSI, NCIS, Grey's Anatomy, Two and a Half Men and other top-rated shows. Here are the major television nominees for this year's People's Choice Awards.

She also hopes that the perpetrators of the crime will learn to do what's right, through punishment. "I know they're trying to justify what they did by saying it was a mistake," Patridge said, "but they need to face the consequences."

She may have departed from her job as headliner on The Hills, but she's still willing to grant MTV an interview to update fans on the movie she's working on.

Conrad described her creative process, since she's busy pondering the script for the film at the moment. "I think I'm kind of taking it step by step," she said. "I'm gonna work on the script first and then go to actors. As soon as I get back ... I'm going to start meeting with writers and try and decide on a writer to write the movie."

Police have caught up with Stephanie Pratt, the 23-year-old star of The Hills better known as the sister of the fame-hungry Spencer Pratt. According to sources, the reality starlet was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. It occurred early Sunday morning in Hollywood, as reported by the Associated Press.

Los Angeles police said that Pratt was pulled over outside a nightclub in the area, at around 3:45 am. She was taken into custody, and the bail was set at $5,000. Sergeant Mark Cohan of the LAPD told MTV News that Pratt was celebrating with her The Hills castmates in celebration of Holly Montag's 26th birthday.
