'In Plain Sight' Stars Talk Off-Screen Coincidences

Is production for USA Network's hit drama In Plain Sight as enjoyable as the show itself? Perhaps, if you ask the show's stars Mary McCormack and Frederick Weller. The two, who play working partners in the drama about the goings-on in the Witness Security program, talked to TV Guide about how their off-screen relationship somehow seems to mirror their on-screen one.

The series sees McCormack playing the lead role of Mary Shannon, the tough-talking yet bighearted WITSEC operative based in Albuquerque. Weller plays Marshall Mann, Shannon's partner and best friend, whose personality seems to contradict with the lead's—he's more cerebral, while she's more instinctive. USA Network Moves Up Premiere of 'In Plain Sight' Tonight

USA Network has pushed up the premiere of its latest original series In Plain Sight. The police procedural drama, which stars Mary McCormack, is now kicking off tonight at 10/9c, serving as a lead-out to Law & Order: Criminal Intent, which returns on June 8 at 9/8c.

The latest shift in the debut schedule of In Plain Sight marks the third start date set by the network. The show was originally set to launch on April 24, before it was delayed to air on June 8 and finally scheduled to broadcast tonight.
