A note before we really begin the chat, December is usually a month (along with June and July) where spoilers are really rare as production is shut down to allow cast and crew to have a vacation. (page 126)We've already seen the future Hiro with a sword - I can think of three possibilities: 1) We see a "flash forward" to Hiro in action in the future, 2) the future Hiro returns to the present and gets into some swordplay, or - my favorite option: 3) the future Hiro, returns to the present, stops time, and trains the present Hiro in kendo - a nice temporal loop!
