by Neil Patrick Harris, it looks like two shows will have a
stranglehold on the night: &lt;i&gt;Mad Men&lt;/i&gt; for Drama and 30 Rock for Comedy, both coming in with an overwhelming lead in total nominations.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
