Only for of the 13 episodes ordered for season 2 have aired, and the
cancellation puts into jeopardy everything that remains for Dollhouse.
The show is currently off the schedule for November due to incredibly
low ratings, but it was previously announced that the show would return
with back-to-back episodes Friday nights starting on December 4.
Last Friday's "Belonging": The Best 'Dollhouse' Episode Yet?

<img alt="20091026-dollhouse.jpg" src="http://images.buddytv.com/articles/20091026-dollhouse.jpg" class="mt-image-right" style="margin: 0pt 0pt 20px 20px; Enver Gjokaj and Dichen Lachman, you wonder if you are in fact sitting
across from dolls. Not in the wiped clean, capable of anything you
program them to do Dollhouse sense, but in the holy god, real people
are not this good looking kind of way. But there they are, seemingly perfect
human specimens, as lovely to converse with as they are to look at. At

Dichen and Enver spent a few minutes chatting with me about the best

ridiculously good looking. When sitting across from them, you worry your eyeballs are sweating from the hotness before you. Beyond
their smokin' looks, the two also have the type of unique and difficult

Thankfully, they're good natured enough sports to also joke about it,
and how Joss Whedon secretly rejected all "Brian's" who auditioned for
Dollhouse in favor of the most uniquely named cast on television.

The easy-on-the-eyes Dollhouse duo chatted with me about season 2, the fan support that brought Dollhouse back from the brink of
cancellation, working with former co-stars from Battlestar Galactica and Buffy, and what they'd each use a Doll for in their lives. Eliza also spent some time talking about the
responsibility and excitement she feels as co-producer of the show,
while Tahmoh enthused about sharing more scenes with his cast mates
in the Dollhouse this season. Watch the full video below and beware of

And while the impact of that episode may be felt throughout the second season--the new shooting style, partly powered by HD technology, meant the show would be "less science fiction-y and more really present-day," she told Access Hollywood--but there are the more urgent storylines that were left hanging at the end of the last season. FOX's most anticipated fall shows: Glee and Season 6 of So You Think
You Can Dance. The network announced this morning that their two big
buzz shows will be premiering a week earlier than previously announced.
Both shows will premiere Wednesday September 9th, with So You Think You
Can Dance at it's usual 8:00pm time slot, followed by Glee at 9:00pm.

This
is great news for So You Think You Can Dance fans who are used to
waiting almost a full year between seasons of their favorite show. With
this new premiere date you'll barely have to go a month without new
episodes of So You Think You Can Dance. Of course, it makes us feel a
little bad for whoever wins this season, their reign as America's
Favorite Dancer will be considerably shorter than every other winner.
Comic-Con 2009: 'Epitaph One' and So Many Other Reasons to Buy Dollhouse on DVD

For those of you that don't know, Joss Whedon premiered the mysterious thirteenth episode at Comic-Con in San Diego over the weekend. Whedon created the episode entitled "Epitaph One" and when Fox saw the intended Dollhouse season finale, they pulled its air date. No reasons were really given at the time. We assumed Fox didn't like it as an ending and after watching it, I can see why.

Before I begin with the explanation, let me just say that the episode is amazing. The entire audience at the Dollhouse panel was on the edge of their seats applauding with every "commercial break" (there weren't commercial breaks, just the standard couple seconds of black screen to indicate where they would be). It was a daring, jolting hour of television that should be admired for its quality acting, technical brilliance and ballsy story line. I will try to explain everything without being too spoilery but I can't promise anything. If you are really sensitive about this episode, do not read further as I will go into some details.
