Who killed George Dutch? That's a question that's been haunting fans of Dirty Sexy Money for nearly two years now. There have been even speculations on whether he's alive. Unfortunately, that's of no value at this point because viewers will never know how it all plays out now that ABC decided to pull the plug on satire drama. At any rate, the show's main mystery will finally be resolve tonight at 10pm.

'Dirty Sexy Money' Returns with "The Facts"

As ABC series Dirty Sexy Money returns to burn off its final four episodes Saturday nights at 10pm before it finally bids goodbye, "The Facts" seems to be a good episode to do so. On it, the Darlings are away for Thanksgiving, so Clark the chauffeur takes advantage and offers his version of events regarding the many Darling family rumors to a persistent, relentless, and sexy reporter. He sets the record straight as to all the family betrayal, possible criminal cover-ups, and even murder accusations.

His version of things include Patrick's (William Baldwin) subpoena to Tripp (Donald Sutherland) over his association with the lowlife Fantini brothers, Karen's (Natalie Zea) anger over the intrusion of Simon's (Blair Underwood) beautiful ex-wife, Ama (Gina Torres), and Juliet's (Samaire Armstrong) adventures with her lover, Kai. Meanwhile, Letitia (Jill Clayburgh) holds the Ferragamo fashion show at the Darling mansion while under house arrest, and one of the socialite attendees (Donna Mills) has some angry words for the family matriarch.

Pushing Daisies has been canceled. Dirty Sexy Money has been canceled. Eli Stone has been canceled. ABC isn't using that dreaded c-word in its statements today, but it matters not. You can't argue your way out of reality, and semantics only serve to soften the blow. The producers on all three of those shows were informed today that ABC would not be picking up the second halves of their respective seasons, and that they have no intention of ever ordering new episodes. This is the harsh reality of the television business, but it is little solace to the fans, rabid as they were, for each of these three shows. That shows like Two and a Half Men and CSI: Miami can thrive while the likes of Pushing Daisies are largely ignored is at once unfathomable and depressing.

Samaire Armstrong to Return to 'Dirty Sexy Money'

On Dirty Sexy Money, she is known as that ill-tempered, diva-ish, spoiled girl who'd long dreamed of being taken seriously as an actress who is now on some island somewhere. Juliet Darling, played by Samaire Armstrong, once revealed to Nick that her promiscuous reputation was just a show, since having a reputation as a "slut" is easier than trying to convince anyone that she's never even been kissed. She was, of course, a regular on Dirty Sexy Money's first season, but opted not to return because of “personal reasons.” Some fans miss the interaction between the twins.

An ABC spokesperson tells Entertainment Weekly that Armstrong will be returning to Dirty Sexy Money for a special Thanksgiving-themed episode set to air on November 26 called “The Facts." The Darlings are away celebrating Thanksgiving, while back in New York, the chauffeur sits down with a reporter to give his take on the many scandals that clan has been embroiled in, especially Juliet's worldwide adventures with her lover Kai.

On the last episode of Dirty Sexy Money called “The Silence,” there was this memorable line from Karen (Natalie Zea): "I've been married four times, even I have shame."

Last episode opened with Nick (Peter Krause) and Lisa (Zoe McEllan) in couples counseling where they talked about their problems, mainly the lack of sex in the relationship. The therapist's response: at least they were being honest with their unhappiness, as if that counted. Meanwhile, Andrea (Sheryl Lee) and Brian (Glenn Fitzgerald) were screaming at each other while Brian Jr. (Will Shadley) sat there watching. More couples: Jeremy and Nola were at it in some fancy shower until he asked for a favor to get his mom to Patrick's campaign party. The show also ends with yet another therapy session. And yeah, perfectly timed for our national election, Patrick has won.

Season 2 of Dirty Sexy Money has been just as soapy and scandalous as season 1, but for some reason the ratings have slowly been sinking. Not even the addition of Lucy Liu as sexy prosecutor Nola Lyons has helped the show win back distracted viewers. The numbers for the previous outing may not have impressed, but the episode itself was a lot of fun. Patrick finally reunited with Carmelita, Brian flew to Brazil to confront Andrea over her parenting skills, Nick convinced his mother not to testify against Letitia, and Karen realized that she's over Nick.

Tonight's episode of Dirty Sexy Money focused heavily on Patrick and his newly rediscovered paramour, as he struggled to decide whether he should reveal his relationship with Carmelita to the nation.

On the last episode of Dirty Sexy Money called “The Family Lawyer,” Tripp (Donald Sutherland) assigned Nick (Peter Krause) with the task of naming one of the Darling children to be his successor. Jeremy Darling found out that his mysterious new lady friend is involved in his mother's murder trial, and Patrick gave a eulogy at his late wife's funeral that also gave his political campaign the spark it needed.

On the next episode of Dirty Sexy Money, which will not air until next Wednesday due to the third presidential debate, Nick agrees to defend Letitia (Jill Clayburgh) in the murder case of Nick's father, Dutch George. However, he is shocked when he finds out that his mother is among the witness list of the prosecutor's side (with Nola). Letitia pleads not guilty and therefore has to spend a night in jail. She is bound out and is put under house arrest.

Last week's season 2 premiere of Dirty Sexy Money was filled with a delicious assortment of salacious scandals. The biggest shocker came late in the episode when Letitia was arrested for the murder of Nick's father, but there were plenty of interesting developments prior to that. Patrick's wife went crazy and attacked him in the shower due to his infidelity, then slipped, hit her head and died. Luckily for the Darlings, Clark the driver disposed of the body by dumping it in the country house and burning the place to the ground. Meanwhile, Nick saw his wife making out with Jeremy, who distracted himself afterwards by indulging in limo sex with Nola Lyons (Lucy Liu).

On tonight's Dirty Sexy Money, the family deals with the fallout of Letitia's arrest and Ellen's demise.

Rock band Good Charlotte's front man and Nicole Richie's boyfriend Joel Madden will make a “surprise” appearance on the ABC series Dirty Sexy Money in an episode that will air later this year. The singer will appear as himself during an art exhibit that will be attended by the Darling family.

Dirty Sexy Money will premiere its sophomore season on October 1 with an episode called “The Fantini Brothers.” Its maiden season, which aired for 10 episodes, will come out in a three-disc DVD including all 10 original episodes and exclusive bonus features including a bloopers, audio commentary, deleted scenes, and featurettes, on September 16.

'Dexter' Producer Steps Down from 'Dirty Sexy Money'

Dirty Sexy Money, the series that explores family, wealth and power, will be returning for a second season with a different show runner. That's because Daniel Cerone, who currently spearheads the ABC dramedy, has decided to exit the show just after three months of landing the said position.

Cerone, who joined Dirty Sexy Money after the end of the writers' strike in February as a replacement for then show runner John Reims, is credited for shows like Charmed, First Wave and Dexter, where he serves as producer and was nominated for Writers Guild of America Award for best dramatic series for his work on the second season. He will now focus on developing new projects.

It looks like Juliet Darling and the rest of the Darling family are going to have a big falling out. Samaire Armstrong, who plays Juliet Darling on ABC's Dirty Sexy Money, will not return to the series as a regular cast member next season. Her contract was not picked up by ABC. She will, however, return periodically as a guest star, Armstrong's schedule permitting. This means that the most entertaining spoiled twins on TV will be split up. Dirty Sexy Money hasn't aired new episodes since before the strike, but has been renewed by ABC and will come back for a full second season come next Fall (which has been the norm for first year shows). No specific reason for Armstrong's departure from the Dirty Sexy Money team or ABC has been given.

By many accounts, Candis Cayne's portrayal of Carmelita on ABC's Dirty Sexy Money has been considered as 2007's most significant transgender character. Cayne herself made it to Radar Magazine's list of the New Radicals, which names "the year's most notable rogues, renegades, and rule-breakers."

Then he gets a phone call from Carmelita, who thinks she's being followed, so Patrick rushes over.
