Italian-American Federico was born in Naples on April 29, 1964. His family moved to New Jersey in 1968. He was a scholar at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and got a Fine Arts degree. Later on, his works are exhibited in galleries around the U.S. His film career began in 1986, and his credits include Diary of a Hit Man and Fire. He also appeared in TV shows such as NYPD Blue.
