She portrayed the widow of artist Charles Blakely, and the mother of William Chandler (Joel Berti). Distressed over the affair of Maria Gianni (Bo Derek) and Charles while they were still married, Sophia became the bitter rival of fashion mogul Maria. Throughout the series, she was involved with devious acts yet was perceived as a sympathetic villain.

Robert Buckley became popular for his role on the telenovela Fashion House, a show centering on business archrivals with themes of greed, lust and ambition.  For 65 episodes, he played the role of Michael Bauer. He worked at the House of Gianni, a fashion house located in Los Angeles, and was considered as the photographer with a heart of gold. He was also known to have a crush on model Nikki Clark and was the best friend of Luke Gianni.

For its tenth anniversary, award-winning marketing agency O’Keeffe & Company requested for the presence of a celebrity who the company believed best represents the number “10.”

The celebrity was none other than actress Bo Derek, who is known most recently for her portrayal of fashion designer Maria Gianni on MyNetworkTV’s Fashion House. The 50-year-old Golden Globe winner attended the company’s tenth-anniversary celebration on June 14th as the celebrity guest. The event was held at the Four Provinces in Falls Church, Virginia.
