Originally from Venezuela, Enrique Sapene started out as a model for several commercial campaigns in his home country. He then went on to study in Paris, France. After arriving in the U.S., he has had several screen credits to his name, mostly in a capacity as host, notably opposite actress and model Carmen Electra, supermodel Ines Rivero, and Queer Eye’s Jai Rodriguez. He was also an on-air correspondent for the Telemundo Network and a string of roles in several independently produced and critically acclaimed films, such as The Last Mountain and Old Friends as producer. All these while attending the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute for his formal training.
Enrique Sapene is a contestant in the VH1 reality show Viva Hollywood, which features aspiring Latino actors in search of “America’s Numero Uno Telenovela Star.” The prize includes a contract with Telemundo, the biggest telenovela production company in the U.S.
