They would team up and fight all other monsters and creatures, ha, ha! I can't imagine any other answer to your question, I love all four characters and wouldn't want to see them fight.

Sam and Dean no question Damon is older sure but there hunters and have killed worse then either of them, advantage or not the Salvatore's would met there match if the Winchesters came to town

i think that the Salvatore brothers would win...just because they are so good at keeping what they are a secret. For instance Mystic Falls has a council who hunts vampires. It's been in the towns history and family generations for years and Sam and Dean would die. Considering that they could be compelled and all.
