Please consider a bachelorette for ladies over 50. There are more single ladies over 50 looking for love than the 20 year olds and far great obstacles for them in the dating scene. I am sure the ratings would go through the roof! illegalyblonde@comcast.net

I don't think any of the people who watch The Bachelor / Bachelorette would watch that show.

I would as there a lot of women that age and men that look wonderful and are very sexy and cool! I'm all for it!

I think this is a wonderful idea and long overdue. Some age with beauty and grace; just as some age with distinction.

Awwwww, come on Stuperman! Some women are very attractive and desirable at age over 50 and I am one of them.

Call it...Bachelorette Cougar's! I think it's an awesome idea. I am happily married...but I would watch the show!

Over 50 - Puma's by then...Cougar's 35-50 and go after younger men..Its all good tho - you would be surprised at some of the Puma's out there....quite remarkable...it could be fun. Remember the one - "Who wants to marry my Dad?" He was hot - and over 55.

If people watch silly 20 somethings, they will watch older, wiser singles as well....5o yrs. olds can be attractive! I think the highest demographics for viewers of the show are ages 35-50 anyway....Have you seen Chrisy Brinkley lately? Better than some 20 yrs. olds!

I definitely think it's time for an older woman to be the bachelorette. I think enough people from all demographics would watch for different reasons. Good, saucy, juicy TV comes in all shapes and sizes. --- As for the whole Puma and Cougar thing it's so funny. I thought Puma's came before Cougars age wise. Isn't if funny how we define people as wild animals? What are 20-somethings? kittens?

I definately think a bachelorette show for women 40 and over would be great. Single women with kids who could weigh in on the decision would give it a really nice twist too as well as add some reality based situations other than just 2 single people frolicking around on beaches without a care in the world! How do they expect these couples to be successful if they set them up in exotic locales and feed them gourmet food everyday. Maybe the bachelors should cook for her instead of her always treating them and taking them out to fancy restaurants.
